Welcome to the journey of a lifetime as you love yourself free. Awakening from a deep slumber where you lived in a fear based world, pretending to be something that you are not. You played a great role and now it is time to wake up and remember, and to once again Live As Love freely, your NATURAL way.
I highlight the word natural for it is who you TRULY are and have always been, pure Divine Love. So as we wake up it is like a journey from fear back into that love, an unraveling. And that process from my own experience can be very intense and uncomfortable. It is like going from a Caterpillar to a Butterfly. You have to dissolve a way of being in order to emerge as something completely different. And that is why you are here at the powerful time in history as well as being drawn here to this site. EVERYTHING, everything, every thing from my experience is divinely orchestrated and timed. And it is through our awakening process that we discover this.
During the last 35 years of my own awakening, I have gone through many, many intense dark nights of the Soul and endured a lot. I went from being completely numb, shut down, living in fear, having most addictions, to now loving who I am, and living as that love! I had a deep rooted fear of not feeling safe to be here, of not feeling safe to be me, to allow myself to shine, to be seen. (I remember a mentor told me in 2007 that I went to bed with my energetic boots and backpack on, ready to go at a moment's notice! That’s how unsafe I felt to be here.) Do any of these ring any bells for you? I am sure they do because all of us have had experiences in this and other lifetimes that caused us to shut down, to mistrust, to feel unworthy of being loved, of being successful, of living in abundance. And subsequently adopted different ways to deal with them.
And yet, who we truly are, this pure divine love, is one with all that is. We all live, move and have our being inside the one body of God/Source/Creator etc. So it’s actually impossible not to be lovable and loving, to experience abundance and success. It is only through our programming/conditioning, our experiences that we believed otherwise which I am sure you know, just reminding you! I have found that I have to hear, read, see things again and again and again to get it anchored back in, as we were programmed very deeply in many ways.
I can now tell you with all my heart that when you wake up and experience this Divine love, who you are, and feel it flowing within you, it is beyond words. It is so worth what I have gone through. And the thing is that we forget how much it took. I share more about my awakening journey in my bio.
The name The Proudfoot Connection came as a result of what I KNOW I am here to do. That is to help people reconnect with themselves, each other and all of Creation. And as you browse through the site you will see the ways that I now share my love.
It is my heartfelt desire to help you to wake up, come home to yourself, to live as love naturally once again, with as much ease and grace as possible. Because life truly is magical, EVERYTHING is waiting for you right now. It’s ALL WITHIN YOU, always has been.
I also KNOW from my experience, both personally and professionally, that we need support at times, even though it really is a journey that you alone experience. And so you will find as you move through the following pages, different methods of support. As well as tips and tools that I used, some of which I still do, to help you to remember who you are and your connection to ALL of life.
