Welcome to the Lovebug Cafe, a place to come and relax as you sip on your favourite cup of tea or coffee, contemplating what you are reading or watching. 

This is Lucy Lovebug, the instigator of this cafe. She was a lovely tiny toy gifted to me many years ago. She sat in my hands and little Kay just fell in love with her. She made my heart sing and so she travelled everywhere with me, to all my conferences and people would stop and comment on her. One day whilst in a taxi, she fell out of my bag without me seeing and my time with her was complete. 

But she has always stayed in my heart. And because of my love of playing, and connection to the Kingdoms, as well as knowing the importance of them, I felt to bring that sense of playfulness into this website. To bring out your inner child. Because I KNOW that when we do, magic happens.  So here she is! 

It is so important to take time each day, preferably more than once, where we stop, breathe, take a break and relax. So grab your cup of coffee, tea and come join us. May the offerings here Inspire, Reassure, Encourage and Support you. May you receive insights, AHA moments, perception shifts as you read, watch, listen. May your heart open and the love that you are, flow more freely. For it is why we are here. To remember who we are, and Live As Love Freely, our natural way once again.
